  • Non-refundable $1500 deposit
  • 30 day non-refundable cancellation policy
  • Access to 2 free on-site parking lots with 5 dedicated parking spaces provided for your party, with additional parking on Gertruda Ave.

NOTE: All SOUTH PLAY VIP parties are for 15 children and 25 adults. Please be advised that there will be an additional charge for each child and/or adult above the specified numbers.


  • Extra 30 minutes $150 (pending availability)
  • Extra hour $225 (pending availability)
  • Courtyard clean-up fee (applies to parties with table rentals, food and animal entertainment vendors) – $50
  • Use of outside party planner – $275


  • $1500 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to book party. Upon paying the deposit you agree to the terms and conditions of SOUTH PLAY party rental agreement that includes full cost of party charged within 30 days of cancellation
  • Party may be cancelled without penalty (excluding non-refundable deposit) 31 days or more prior to the date of party. Should party be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the event client will be charged the full cost of the party booked
  • 3% will be added for all payments by credit card
  • An 18% service charge will be added to all events
  • Each child must be accompanied by a responsible adult
